Thanks to an american general, who took Heidelberg Castle as his headquarters after World War II, the castle has survived in the shape it is in today. He made it a point to be there, so it wouldn't get bombed anymore than it already had. I would like to shake his hand to this day. I grew up around there and spent countless hours in the castle. Many thanks to you for making this film and putting it on here for all to see.
