Thats a well documented bokeh effect caused by the camera iris/prism.

If it's caused by a (low cost) iris, the triangle should be equilateral and the 'object' should have uniform luminosity.

For me, it looks like Ra's spaceship from

the Stargate movie. At least the location would fit.
