Troy, was found "innocent in Heaven" and Troy is in the light, I did some spirit files, here is what I got, he wants his family to know, "I'm innocent, I love them, and I got in the light, I have an angel, he looks like me and he is black, tell them I love them, and call my bar and let him know" I think he is talking about his lawyer, when I get better files, I will post them. you tube.com/watch?v=QkO_H7GW-_8

> the majority of people who think this man is innocent are making this conclusion on only partial information.
Sorry, I didn't phrase this well. I should have said that the majority of people who think they can make a conclusion on the innocence of this man (as well as guilt) are making this conclusion on only partial information, which isn't a good way to do things.
@rawmamma So you are from a family of forensic scientists and lawyers. My uncle is a doctor, does that mean I can diagnose cancer and prescribe drugs? Your argument is silly. What is disappointing is that you remove your comments in an attempt to save face rather then doing the adult thing and saying "Oh, I hadn't thought about that, I'm sorry." To which I'd answer much in the same way I've answered others. We can't always be right, but to hide and pretend that we weren't wrong is childish
How much research has anyone done into the case notes and evidence presented before sitting down and seeking to release this man. I mean, do you really think that evidence can be so obvious and visible and still be overlooked by the justice system? Perhaps the reality of the situation is that we don't really know all the evidence that is in this case.
@MsMichelleXO I'm sorry, because you don't know enough doesn't mean others don't. I doubt anyone here has enough information to make a solid conclusion on whether he did it or if there is insufficient evidence. Someone merely asserting one way or the other does not make it so.
@MsMichelleXO And yes, I agree, there is a sentence for life in prison. And in my personal opinion I don't think anyone should be executed. The problem is that the philosophy for crime in America is one of vengence. That's why the death penalty exists. My philosophy of criminal punishment is the same as eastern europe, where the person is either rehabilitated or removed permanently from society. With the preference heavily on the former.
@Rundvelt I misread your initial comment; I thought you were suggesting that no one knew all of the evidence, rather than the general public. My basic point was #toomuchdoubt. (And when I said "we" in my comment, I meant America, not myself personally.) Regardless, once you've reached this level of a case, crucial information is not withheld from the public. It's not like preliminary investigations into a murder, where details are restricted so as not to interfere with the investigation.
@MsMichelleXO That's fine, it's a heated discussion and the moment sometimes sweeps people away. I don't think things are being withheld, otherwise how would we know that eyewitnesses have recanted their testimony. All I'm saying is that generally speaking, the majority of people who think this man is innocent are making this conclusion on only partial information, which is dangerous and arrogant. :)
Rest in Peace, Troy.

@Rundvelt Yeah, that's why we shouldn't EXECUTE him. We don't know enough. There's such a sentence as life in prison with possibility of parole.
