@Hawkair3 nice when i was in Thessalonik it was a really nice place - yeah in the summer Austrian airlines made a 777 go to prishtina as a 4th flight of the day

Always love landing in Vienna summer or winter... The flight from JFK to Vienna has the worst service though. The return flight, though I hate leaving, has the best service and food.

I made this route a about a month earlier, on august 6th. It surprised me to some exctent that AuA used a long haul 767 for such a short flight. It was however a pleasant flight compared to what you normaly get when flying the standard B337 or A 318/320 inside europe. But the touchdown in Vienna was one of the hardest i´ve ever experienced and the captain felt compeled to make a remark about it over the pa system which made all the germanspeaking passangers laugh.
