I would go with like a ninja 250 if you want a sport bike or they make small cruisers to, 50cc suck some places you have to drive on the side of the road because they can't go fast enough. Check your state laws, I know in my state you don't even need a permit for something that small.

@BlacKnightRising xD you ever heard of target fixating? its what happens when you actually ride bikes and panic and stare at what you dont want to hit, you tend to go towards that object, first it was the cone, then the truck. im positive if it was a completely empty lot he would have remembered to disengage clutch and brake if he felt comfortable

(Panic is a bugger!) Lean first & then the bike will turn. First thing to learn is how to stop & learn it well. At least it was at low speed & he didn't get hurt.

You know the lever on the right, that's called the front brake lever. Pulling this halts the motorcycle so that doesn't happen.
