From what I have read, this was not a film. This show was a pilot episode of a Touchtone Television-produced series. The American Broadcasting Company bought the series, thinking that it would be a hit. However, just ONE DAY before filming was to begin on the first episode of the series, ABC executives cancelled the series.

I like how the announcer narrates the promo in an American accent, but says "Henry V" in an English accent.
