i dont think it was on purpose...as a hurdler, ive been in a few races where im tagging hands with a guy next to me...actually my race at nationals it happened 3 times in a row...it happens when the lead arm from the person trailing is up at the same time that the leader's trail arm is up...its very distracting, but ive never seen anyone do that on purpose
