I have already suffered 2 heart attack & have what my phsyican calls dangerously high triglycerides & LDL, and i was told that if i do not get these levels under control i will have another. This did frighten me and i knew i needed to do something to reverse this damage. I knew plant sterols were powerful so i tried Sterolyn, and i'm very proud to say that my triglycerides have gone from 512 all the way down to 155. LDL count down from 240 to 132. Great product.

Isit a bad sign if you are having a sharp pain near your heart and inside your ear at the same time..?

Pain threw your arm for over a month straight. (thats the biggest sign)

i too was only 45 when i had a heart attack but had repeatedly gone to the doctors with pain in my chest ( which i now know was angina) but i was told it was my hiatus hernia causing my heartburn although i explained it was a different pain i was lucky and only had to have stents fitted but can only praise the paramedics and the hospital staff for their professionalism. i can say that although i seem o.k. i get tired very easily & still suffer from angina

everybody is not the same, i had two heart attacks in january 2007 within a week of each other i was 38, im still here taking the tablets back at work & enjoying my life, im not 100% but doesnt stop me i just get tired easier.

My dad has had 3 heart attacks too and hes now 72, my mom shes 65 and has had strong stomach cancer and she wont desist smoking ( still smoking still a pack a day) . there is a lot of cases of different people and a lot of people for different cases.
