how do you obtain the hi-ougis to use them?

@linksd you get hi ougis automatically some time during the story, you gotta go into Burst Rise (press L) then press L again to use the hi ougi

Plus any idea how to restart the game and keep your levels, items, support, codenames, etc? Like as in if you were level 200 each you would restart as that

It's okay, I just found out like a few hours ago.

Just press "X" on the load screen for any game with a red flag on it and you restart with everything you have (except for the support characters that you actually meet in the game)
