Great Car, I give props to Toyota. Even if it is considered a Super Car it is still a Toyota, and for that only reason I'll pass. If I had that kind of coin I would buy an European Super Car.

@pelepihuamo Ignorance at its best... It wouldn't matter if it had a L or T badge on it. This car is a statement showing that Lexus / Toyota can do what Europe or anyone can do and do it better. This car is more than just big horse power (Detroit) or a beautiful design(Europe), its shows the attention to detail that Japan is known for.

@p7272 I know this car showcases what Toyota can do. In the past I have had cars form Japan, but once I had my first Big German Sedan, I became loyal to German engineering specially BMW. Call me ignorant, but I will not go back to driving a Japanese car again. Don't get me wrong the LFA is a great car, its just not for me. Like I said if I had that kind of money I would rather spend double or triple for a Pagani, or a Koenigsegg.

@pelepihuamo okay I had to watch a few videos about the not so popular Koenigsegg CCX (cggVCGmM9qA). That car could have been built in Detroit. Its a typical example of the lack of quality and attention to detail that runs rampant in Detroit. Horse power and top end speed is the only focus. Just getting in the damn thing requires a lot work and you will eventually need knee surgery. The interior is cheap and the stick shift looks like its from a 18 wheel truck.

@pelepihuamo continued previous comment----- The dash.... I'm not even going to speak on it because just looking at it tells you why the LFA cost more. Now the Pagani, i saw the Top Gear video (zIoFnfMhq_Y) and this car is similar to the K car with big engine, lots of horse power, blah blah. Another typical super car from Europe, but I'd prefer the Pagani because it looks better than the Koenigsegg. The reason i feel that those 2 Euro cars don't get the hype of a LFR or GTR is quality

@p7272 We can go on and on forever, this is just a matter of taste. You obiously like the LFA and I don't. I think people get a supercar for its exclusivity, and the Pagani and Koenigsegg, are cars you just dont see everyday, made by stand alone manufacturers, on the other hand the LFA might be an exotic, but people like me are always going to say it is just an over priced up to date Toyota Supra.

@p7272 since when is this car the better? it is a great car, but you can´t compare it to a 458 a 911GT2 RS or an Aventador, i´m sorry it´s more expensive even, it looks like a washing machine, and it sounds like an F1 wich is the only reason this car had so much attention, the noise.

PS: it´s a Yamaha sound, and it´s a Yamaha engine.

@rmcld Did you listen to the video or other lexus videos stating that Yamaha assisted in tuning the engine and exhaust note. Yamaha and Toyota have been best buds for a long time, not just in cars, but Toyota invest in Yamaha motorcycles racing in the fight against Honda. The 458 and the 911 is your choice and the rest of us on this page prefer the LFA.
