If you were given video clips from 4 cameras for a rock concert, interview, town meeting or even a soccer game you would not know what camera has the best angle. All you have are stationary cameras for a music video.
@adobePC You can preview the angles while inside the compound clip. It works best if you are using a music soundtrack and the sound dictates the changes, rather than video being the priority. Still you can drag using the "t" shortcut. Otherwise your other option is the very tedious "drag, drop and delete" of many layers.
The previews are to small to show a client fro over the shoulder editing. You claim it is best to have a sound track. Your are doing a music video not a live event. It would be best to lay the tracks on separate clips and make use of the PIP function to see all the camera angles at once. It is best to have multicam software but if you don't using PIPs will work.
