His brother was supposed to preach the eulogy, but his response was that Bishop Charles Craig eulogized his own funeral. As you can see the out pour of love that overflowed Second Ebenezer showed the his legacy and love he had for people, and they have for him.
That is Sande Rose directing (Search Me Lord). Whew!! You should have seen the whole song... they had the original directress from the orig Voices of Tabernacle and they directed the song together... RICH!!
This video represents the real victorious nature of Bishop Craig's homegoing service. I really concur with all of the previous comments. In a recent service at Craig Memorial Tabernacle, it was apparent to me in reflecting on this service that what you witnessed was an great piece of spiritual history from Detroit and it will leave an indelible mark on us all.
O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory. Psalm 108:1
I love this service. I use to play for the Craig Brothers several times. I will see Charles in the WRAPTURE ! The Brothers have taught me that, '' Just Knowing Jesus '' , has paid off in my life
When 1st Lady Wanda,Volley and Tiffany went in it was a wrap..When God gives you strength to dance over you husband and father you know you got God on your side..It was a beautiful homegoing...Thats how we send a General On In..
I could not agree more! Bishop will be sorely missed!! For those who may not know, Bishop Andre S. Woods is one of the baddest organist detroit has EVER heard!(he's from the school of Nicks) Although, Rudolph Stanfield is playing here...another gifted and annointed musician!!
