Not bad. It's 2-4-2 seating with very good in flight entertainment. I've done coach international on the A330 many times, always fine. But I always get an exit row so there's more legroom.
Yes. What was maddening is that during the drink service, one of the flight attendants lost control of a cart, and the entire thing crashed (right next to the pilot), on the floor, creating a huge mess with spilled liquids, ice, etc. The Pilot didn't lift a finger to help her out, he continued to view his movie uninterrupted.
as you can see he's not a captain. If he was, probably would have another mind and would help her to keep the image of the company clean. What a shame...
Well, if he's not the Captain, then he's the co-pilot. Either way, he's an an employee, and for him to just sit there while that commotion was going on was deplorable. Horrible example.
More than likely he's not a member of that crew and just on a return trip. If he was a member of that specific crew he would be able to go below to sleep in the crew quarters and not in first class.
I don't know about that. He was in full uniform and seemed to be working, as he wasn't in that seat for the whole flight. Working or not, he didn't help the FA's with the mess right next to him.
@rrz518 thats too bad,, the pilot crew rest is the door there upfront across from the lav door one of the 3 doors there with the lav, flt deck door and flt deck crew rest, they sometimes rather watch movies than sleep. the flt attndt crew rest is downstairs by door 3, but thats horrible that he didnt lift a finger. what a mess. i had a cart get away from me once as well. during our fuel savings push they took the weights out of the bottom of the beverage carts which made them tip over so easily.
No US airline has bought the A380. I think Continental has also purchased the 787 though, but NWA is the very 1st to receive them (supposed to be in 2008, but delayed now).
was there entertainment on this?
