That is one thing that I do know hahaha.. I hurt my hips from training a couple days before I took this. But I wanted to point out the four different versions..
But where in the kata am I turning with the wrong foot? Can you specify the time frame.
Yes, at the 1:00 mark you turn with your back foot. Turn using kosa dachi w/ the front leg. I'll give you a pass because of the bouncing head and the hip injury! ;-)

Your head should not change levels in the first 3 steps, you are turning with the wrong foot in some spots.
