@drsanrod Hi and Thanks! If you can afford piano lessons then do, but also try just messing about with sounds and atmospheres in a constructive way, thats how I started out and I still can't play piano:)
cool! U look Vangelis playing with lots of keyboards! Can u give me one help? I don't know if I buy Juno-G or Juno Stage... which do u recommend? I liked your vangelis blade runner cover too, very nice!
Good work...I'm a big fan of the G's El. Piano sounds (esp. the MK2 Stg Phsr) throw some reverb on it and it sounds very Vangelis-y...Always enjoy your stuff...!
Hi there and thanks, The mixer is one of behringers eurorack series , very cheap now, I think they cost around 300 euros, I will tell you the exact model if you need, I've forgotten myself! no name on the track yet, why don't you give it one? :)
The first second or so sounds reminds me entirely of Moricone's The Thing soundtrack. I think you could certainly sound a film, if it were the right one...
My pleasure, and you know it would be cool if you ever got urge to do your version of a Tangerine Dream song like Rubycon or such. Thanks again one of your subbers!
Great stuff as usual Mick ;) This strikes me as a perfect blending of Vangelis vs John Carpenter. Sorry you dind't hear from me sooner, but I've been very busy. Keep amazing the hell outta me with your 'soundscaping'.. I've followed up on your work though the last month, and you never stop to surprise me. Thank you for inspiring a lot of people like me. And btw: GREAT job on scoring the photo-gallery of that astronomer-guy, really liked your custom-made song for him! Three tumbs up ;)
sounds great, very spacey, very Vangelis-like from like the 70s or 80s. I definitely heard some Blade Runner in there. Yeah, those reverby rhodes sounds are dreamy.
HI ! your music ands sound are really beautiful!!! many thxs!
can ask u something? what do u recommend to a new b thats wants to play like you.. take piano lessons first?

What reverb/delay units are you using? Makes/Models... The reverbs are lush and deep, sound almost compressed too.

Mick - I don't think you realize just out outstanding your music really is.
Yes, there's inspiration from Vangelis, Carpenter, etc. But you've got a real gift and talent that is beyond description.
