I have wrists problems when i do my round off back handspring triple.
So i have been just working on my standing tick into foam pits, because you dont put pressure on your wrists. Do you know any ways i could strengthen my wrists? i do stretch them a lot before and after i tumble.
I'm confused, the title says 1 to double (standing). What EXACTLY does this mean? That she finished the double on her feet, hence standing? Or that this is a double full or it was a standing bhs into the dub? I'm a little lost on the terminology.
@AfroPK I think it means 1(back handspring) to a double (full) standing tumbling, not running? Yeah.. I am pretty sure it means 1 back handspring to a double full :) But then again, I am not 100% sure!
This is 1 to double but it's not standing.

@123CornNelly Ok that makes sense. Thanks fo not blowing up on me. People seem to be pretty touchy when it comes to cheerleading. It´s ridiculous.
