whats better? ati hd 5650 video card or Intel HD 3000

@michaherijgers You're kidding, right? LOL! Seriously, I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650, and a friend of mine just got a laptop with Intel HD 3000 in it. I can run MW2 maxed out no problem, he needs to set everything on medium so he can play almost smoothly.

I been playing high/ meduim shadows and the sliders are way down on this card an a i3-350m.Do you think i will i can move the slider to 35 or 20 with a CPU upgrade to an i5 540m with 3.06ghz
