This song is one of the earliest memories I have. Our church song leader used to perform this on guitar and almost always burst into tears and couldn't finish...it was 3 years before I finally heard the entire song. Very vivid impact.

I just found out about the death of Dottie Rambo...she was my favoirte songwriter and this is one of her prettiest songs. I know Dottie is with Jesus right now. I can relate to your feelings. My mom died of cancer last April 15, 2006 and it was a day before Easter and so this song fits perfect because she went to be with Jesus in Spring. I do miss her so dearly but I know that we'll see our loved ones someday in that great reunion! God Bless you!
