If you could switch gym memberships the YMCA provides childcare with your membership while you workout. I only have 1 in my area so the times are not all day but may be different for you where you live. Check them out!
I love the baby talk in the background. Now, one pound is GOOD.... I know. This is long after you posted this. But really, you LOST. You didn't GAIN. And you have a beautiful, happy baby. When I look at you I see the typical frustrations of new motherhood. I can only imagine I'll be going through this in a year too. Life changes. You'll look back at all of this in a year and think "Wow, everything was O.K. I just couldn't see it".
Your baby is beautiful!! I truely understand how you feel. I have been home with my son for six years due to medical situations that he was dealing with. Its hard but you are still doing great and we all have our down days, just as long as we dont stay down!!! Keep going and stay motivated!!! =)
It's okay to vent the way you are doing it....first time seeing her and she's looks so great...Key phase "time for yourself". It's will get better hang in there.
Hormones are a beeech. I hate them. Seriously, it's hard to keep perspective when they are running wild in your body because it feels so real and so much like it just HAS to be something else. Don't get stressed though, try to remember that and- DONT LISTEN TO THEM! I have all kinds of hormone imbalances and have tried so many therapies- one of the best is to just know it's happening, know your body, and keep perspective!
so happy i stumbled upon your vid today. One of my goals is to lose weight and I plan on purchasing a membership as soon as I get paid. Although i do want a more pleasurable body image, my main goal is to improve my health. I just want to be healthy and happy. You look really good and I'm not just saying that, when you went to pick up your cute chocolate drop, i was expecting to see something very........different, but you look better than I do and my baby is 10 months now. So, congrats!
@ChaoticCurlz Thanks so much. I have my big problem areas that no matter what anyone says I hate them and want to loose them. I guess everyone has those issues.
DONT FEEL BAD BECAUSE U R NOT ALONE... I HAD A TERRIBLE WEEK ALSO BUT WE WILL DO BETTER NEXT WEEK.... LITTLE MAMA IS GETTING BIG AND SHE IS SO CUTE... BEING A NEW MOMMIE TAKES SOME GETTING USE TO... HECK MY SON IS 11 AND IM STILL NOT USE TO IT , BUT WE DO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO GET THRU , THAT'S WHAT MAKES MOMMIES SO SPECIAL :-)... I HOPE THAT U HAVE A GREAT WEEK AND DONT BEAT URSELF UP SO MUCH..... IF I LIVED CLOSE TO U I WOULD BABY SIT FOR U BUT I LIVE ALL THE WAY IN L.A :-) SMILE U R BLESSED
@shaunaboo961 Thanks for the up lift. I no it gets better and easier and the harder again.. I say the same thing. I always have tomorrow to start again.
Aww Breezy, just take one day at a time. Just try to tackle one thing at a time. You're gonna be just fine hun. You have a beautiful baby girl and she has a beautiful and awesome Mom! Be strong for her and yourself. Hang in there hun. Parenthood is not an easy job but it's not impossible! Love you!
BTW did you notice how she's eyeballing those clothes in her closet? LOL She's gonna be a fashonista just like her Mommy!
@Smile2DayTears2Morro Thanks Amy. I don't know how you did (actually I do) with having 3 kids and staying as fly as you did. Even when you where heavier you always looked fantastic.
Awww, honey! Don't worry about making body shots for youtube. It's all about you anyway, you know? I think maybe your husband doesn't realize how you feel.. maybe you should talk to him about it. I know the feeling when you have a baby.. I had my son 5 yrs ago and I STILL haven't lost the necessary weight, but don't worry.. these feelings come natural. What matters is that you stay moving for at least an hr. If you can't get to the gym, try vaccuming or walk the mall. You'll adapt soon enough.
Vent away!! It's hard when you have to share your time, but she worth every minute! I know you're a runner and DVD workouts may not appeal to you, but you seem like someone who could do Insanity, which involves alot of running and jumping. If you can't get to the gym, let the gym come to you!! Chin up and keep that beautiful smile shining!!
