Is lipo on the buttocks permanent?

I am a male with an unaturally feminine lower body-really wide hips and a big, fatty butt. I went on the atkins diet for a whole year (even though Im not even close to overweight, im skinny elsewhere) and was finally able to lose the fat. But its not fair that I have to diet 24/7 to have masculine buttocks.

So is lipo good for me? All I want is a regular small male butt and if i coudl eat what I want, and not gain in my butt, i'd be the happiest guy alive.
