@TheCougarFrom1983 - Sorry it took so long for response, but i asked a few people and got this answer:
"According to Racing-Reference the car owner was Dwight Huffman. I have no pics though. Makes sense as most anything numbered 07 or 77 in the 80's and early 90's was usually fielded by Huffman."
