  • Anyone know how to make the dough that would withstand that??? The dough i make for noodles (used with a pasta press) would tear doing this, but apparently hand pulled noodles are really nice... any ideas?

  • I was wondering this also... I have never seen a dough this streatchy and consistant (This is probably the key... doesnt have any stress points, but just elongates everything)
