  • This guy is so good and explanations and side notes...I am completely captured by the info. Feels like I am back in massage school as a new therapist again. Whoevr you are, I wish you taught classes in California!

  • I was able to do this on myself and got great results. I will use this technique on my patients for sure. Thanks!

  • OMG He's ripping out her insides @ 2:16 :O

  • Not enough time spent on the muslce to effectively change it. I mean yes, we can touch this muscle, but is it really an appropriate technique to release the psoas major? I love you, but I disagree with this technique.

  • @Thesmsg it's a demo video. you can spend as much time as you need on your clients. The technique looks great to me.

  • its a painful intense massage but instant relaxation when the muscle finally gives way. fyi dont have a full colon

  • Diff'rent strokes. I think tats have all the appeal of a bruise.

  • I would like to see the rest of her ink. I am a slave to the needle too.

  • massaging the psoas is one of the nicest massage techniques one can do.

  • nice tat:) good info too mate

  • I dont think it will work. Psoas muscle is too deep. massaging it will cause surrounding muscles to increase its tone thus making it even harder to manipulate. I might stretch the muscle instead.

  • shes got a profile on livehotness, com and more stuff, hot! check it out its free

  • Yes good point, this one can be mighty uncomfortable.

  • Easier way to work on the psoas, is have the leg flexed and pushed slightly to the medial aspect of the body. This slackens the iliopsoas muscle so it's not so uncomfortable for the client
