  • @jkm3819623 Well first off i dont bullshit my times like you....1).I havent been to the track in 5 years .2)I was leaving off of a shiity 3000 stall Jegs converter with NO brakes to build up stall.3) NO transbrake and a full interior car with a fucking bench seat and a bunch of shit in the trunk. 4) I had 3.73s in the rear. Now you consider all of that and tell me 11.4 aint too bad for the old man.

  • Alright factor in your cost for your 4 banger ,your turbo,intercooler,and tune. This crate motor costs less in the long run and will last longer putting fuel costs aside. Theres no replacement for displacement.

  • Its ALL MOTOR NO power adders needed. The whistle is the carb is set on "kill" for the track and that sound is the air being sucked in.What i like about cubes is its actually cheaper than the blower, turbo , or nos route.

  • umm but going the turbo route adds driveability on a day to day basis. so if u have a 4 banger with a medium sized turbo making 600 horsepower u can still drive it every day.. and run 11s at the track. and gas wont be a bitch. am i rite?

  • @4B11T This is true.I was daily driving this beast for a few months chewing on the wallet. But thats why god made vanilla and chocolate..To each his own.I still think turbos, superchargers and NOS arent too reliable and cost more in the long run.

  • Definately, every route disadvantages.There isnt 1 way of making power that is the most powerful, fuel efficient, and durable. If there was, everyone would be going that route instead of experimenting with different techniques. Always fun to mess around though and although I may drive a 4 cylinder, I will always respect American Muscle. You guys have more torque (Especially low end torque) than I could ever hope to achieve with any turbo or supercharged set up. Nice car btw :)

  • Is that 600 HP naturally aspirated or is there a turbo hid in there somewhere? I didn't see a supercharger but I thought I heard a whistle when you bumped the throttle?
