@cypriotpilot Exactly! I think that Boeing, looking on growing amount of orders on A3xx NEO and fact, that American Airlines ordered a lot of Airbuses A3xx NEO, is scaried and ran new programme with 737 MAX on 498 commitments on start.

@VIR092 Why? Because Boeing didnt consider never Boeing 737-1000. The Highest version of B737 currently is B737-900 ER

@ursjan Well yeah I know that, I've read about the X1 variant a while ago, it takes on the form of a miniature B-787. Did Boeing already drop this concept or what?
