All this does is ping the "server" and send a message to either a tcp/udp port. You want to use udp or you'll be banned via IP on that server.

@Fenwikboy123: Simply put, I highly doubt you'll get VAC banned, however I can't exactly recommend this, because of course a DDOS attack is illegal and I'm pretty sure that no-one would support such an act.
