whats alternate angle meanng. i know it means but like here we devide it by two to get the other angle or something. .. and im so con fused! learning online cz i dont understand at school maybe bcs of number of students in class is big

The alternate segment of a circle is, if you have a chord that shares an endpoint with the point that a tangent hits a circle, it makes 2 angles. Each angle has a little bit of the circle in it. If you have an angle, than the circle inside the other angle is the first angles alternate segment.
