I don't really mind the change on this song. Her voice is still amazing. Alanis, Foo Fighters, 3 Doors Down, and many more rock/alternative artists remind me of my childhood, which isn't the best one, but it is still nostalgic. I don't like what they did with this song. On the album, this song is a lot more bare, rawer, there was no happy or uplifting undertone to the music. This makes me feel like her producers or whomever said "look we gotta make this song ready for Lifetime tv"... with that being said the song itself is beautiful and Alanis is beautiful as ever. I've been listening to her music since I was 9 years old and its been great growing with her as a fan as she grows as an Artist.
