Obertan has always had the pace and the skill to be a regular Premiership Winger, the main problem is his confidence. When you are part of a team that has Nani, Valencia, Park and Giggs on the wings, you aren't going to get many chances in the first team. He, like Berbatov, is the kind of player that needs to play 10 matches back to back before he starts to shine. I don't think he is an 'impact' player, even though he is sometimes used like that.
