gawd what an awesome condo!! I live in chicago in a albany park neighborhood and the house i live in is so crappy and old (with no reno. done to it) and its like 4000 3000 a month!! This is so much better!

Don't know what you're looking at, but you don't seem to have been here. The details are not bland. It's not an apartment feel. And the price is not huge.

I live in Hyde Park and the prices are very nice for standard designs, access to transportation plus free parking for 1 year!(Any one who has ever been to Hyde Park knows that parking is important) Not expensive at all! These are great! Look forward to updated videos, especially of the higher levels.

Heh Heh "Too much Money". The cabinets look like they came from IKEA! The Kitchen along one wall and Living room together as one room . . . . I just don't know about that???

They do have that IKEA look, which a lot of people like, but the quality is MUCH better. I just checked one out a couple weeks ago.

No WAY! A Microwave below waist level!! Right next to a railroad! Piss Poor floor plans!  All for WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!

Too much money for you, perhaps, but overall one of the better deals in the area. The tracks aren't an issue if you're there, and the floor plans are OK in my take.
