Daryl Hall is simply amazing. Ive watched the majority of these vids and they are incredible. I dream of having a gig like this.. Sweet covers with top notch musicians in an isolated home its just the perfect setting period. Im so jealous of Scott Pelton or whatever drummer Daryl decides to use. All respect though..

Rockers are always given a lot of guff for (OMG, not THAT!) aging...but it's great to see 2 rockers growing older but still using their talents and sounding great. As a kid, I remember seeing rockers in their late 30s & finding them over the hill. Heh, I'm in my mid-40s now and watching/hearing this is a PLEASURE--there's still more greatness!
As great as Daryl Hall and John Oates were (and are) together, "Hall & Rundgren" would (as the songs from this session point out) have been AWESOME !!!
Totally wow. I always thought Darryl had one of the must soulful pop voices around. This arrangement shows how Todd might have an even more penetrating voice. They've both written amazing ballads. This take simply burns...
