Man I live in Orlando, and I can agree to the fact that Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Garden and other surrounding police forces are complete vagabonds. There are at least 6 wrecks/day in the small town of Winter Park. Not because of bad drivers, but because of speeders. In excess of 30-40 mph over the speed limit, and yet I NEVER see cops on the main Highway where they should be. They're always patrolling around the many apt. complexes, looking to make a small weed bust. Literally. Useless.

I am a LEO. As a Police Officer I took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States. Just because something is put into "law" does not in fact make it "lawful", if it is abhorrent to the US constitution, it is null and void, and should be treated as such. If the police enforce it, juries should nullify it, and the people should force their hand to repeal it.

Simple as that. As a police officer, I do have this thing called "discretion".
