I like the ideas, pretty creative :3 Work on how you place the limbs on some of them, ratio and comparison is something that may need some work too.

One way I use that seems to work well, is make up a while bunch with the pokemon I want to create, then pick the one I think is best.

Bellossom should not evolve further. Legendary Pokemon don't evolve because they are already UBERs in stats/attacks the majority of the time. Girafarig could EVO or have a baby version, but the depicted idea is too much akin to Tauros, and really that makes me realize Gerafarig doesn't need to EVO, but a baby form would be cute. The rest are just trashy drawn with no real imagination or effort involved. Frank, but truth.

@doggytd3 I actually agree with the Pegasus EVo idea for Rapidash, the 4 wings and head look kinda crummy though, I'd envision 2 wings, a lot broader than the 4 thin things on the one shown, which look more like deformed arms than wings, where the wings could be entirely made out of flames or not, but more traditional, and more pronounced horn. Otherwise, I see potential for a Pegasus Rapidash EVO to be Fire/Steel, the Horn and Hooves the main steel aspects.
