I forgot whether they explained it in the anime or not, but it does say in the sound novel. In the sound novel, Ange figured that the Seven Stakes were probably the ones that killed her family. However, since the Seven Sisters were furniture of Beatrice, they were only listening to Beatrice when they killed her family. So she only loathes Beatrice.
