Bwahaha this is such a random ending for a rather serious anime

why the hell does everyone hate relena? maybe because all of you watched the dubbed version? in japanese she was the only character who was unchanging in her ideas. everyone was switching sides, which would make the series confusing, except relena was the one strong character that actually kept pushing for peace, which she wold openly express and not keep to herself. we actually see a character think, not react to all the war and fighting.

At first I thought Relena was pretty much useless (except when it came to unlocking Heero's humanity) but when she started all of that diplomatic tip-toeing, political intrigue and unified Earth and the colonies via inspirational persuasion (and some clever yet benevolent manipulation) I grew to respect her character and place her as one of the top female anime characters (any woman can use violence and sex to get what she wants, it takes a great woman to do it peacefully)

iive noticed older anime shows and manga shows were more serious none of the high pitched bullshit you get alot nower days some is funny but tto manyy animes are similar. and thhe gundams nower days rock but gundam wing is the best in my opinion. bigger battles. also in this ending you see relena happy for once :P and acts cuute! cud some1 also tell me what series comes after gundam wing? isnt there a few movies and series? thx! also bbtw if this is misspelt my keyboard sucks asss atm :D

To those who think this is horrible... you need to see the English dubs to understand what is being sung. The song is about Relena waiting for Heero to come by, and yet he hasn't shown up yet. That's how it relates to Gundam Wing, and the reason that you probably never saw it is because it is in the original Japanese edition with English dubbing, in the later part of the series.

Watching this takes me back 10 years when I was first introduced to Gundam through GW, so I find it great to see.
