I accidentally skipped 9/16" I was just playing around with my 5/8" and wanted to see how much more room my ears needed... The 5/8" just slid in. I was actually kinda mad 'cause I have some sweet 9/16" I wanted to wear. Oh well, downsizing to 9/16" when I reach 7/8" so whatever.

any plug's can have o-rings on it to keep it in place. its really not that hard to tell that you don't know what you are talking about and i truly feel sorry for anyone that stretches off of any advice they get from your videos

depends on where you're at, but a month at least. You can go faster but then you risk infection, blow out, and your ear holes looking like cat anus'.
