what's wrong with the reporter? they're only available in india? first, they're all made in china. second, there's a wonderful tool out there called the world wide web!
lots of different brands/cartridges with varying levels of nicotine, and some are equal to 20 cigs, 30 cigs, 15 cigs, etc. They're from CHINA, not India. You can GET them here, it's just a newer concept in the US (been around for 5-6 years in Asia) so they're not as available. Very few stores carry them. No one in the US is making them yet, it's all imported.
Funny funny funny. I thought I recognized that TV Station. It's out of Winston-Salem, home of the mega tobacco company RJ Reynolds. I live in NC and I only learned about e-cigs by stumbling across them on the internet 2 weeks ago. Got ours last week and they are fabulous. For the first time, I don't have to worry about my bedridden husband burning us all up in flames.
Why oh why do people keep going on about how bad it must be to inhale vapour... do they never go out in the rain, mist, fog, take a shower etc? What happens when you go out on a cold morning, what is that white vapour coming out of your mouth? Smoking an e-cig is just that, warm breath :)
And, before anyone goes on about the chemicals being exhaled, the vapour exhaled is 99% water!
As far as the vapor argument what are you going to do ban saunnas or living in high humdity Florida? I looked up propylene glycol in wikipedia it's in our food and other products, it also had a link to a time magazine article about a study they are doing that propylene glycol may be an antibacterial which prevents pnuemonia, infuenza and strep throat, so if this turns out to be true this might even be healthy. Who knows but it sure seem better than tobacco with all it's chemicals and tar.
yeah! Now we know why they banned them in Canada, Mexico, and Australia..They cannot make money off us if we are not gonna get sick from them, so they hate us having this! I'm sick of government pushing themselves on us and controling every part of our lives. I live in the US and if they ban them here I will start some shit. I got my e cig 4 days ago online. I have no desire for tobacco cigarettes now, I prefer my e cig. The only time I smoke a regular cigarette is when I'm charging my e cig. So I ordered more chargers, batteriess and cartridges, so soon I won't have to have any tobacco cigs. The e cig is very satisying and much smoother with no smell or mess than the old tobacco cigarette. Plus it can be vapored almost everywhere because there is no smoke or fire at all.
Yeah, senators want to pull the e-cigs from being sold around here - not because FDA has not approved it ("in the meantime, smoke these tar ridden carbon monoxide cigs while we see if this vapor-nicotine cig is safe..) but because they can't tax the hell out it - No money to be made from people killing themselves with real cigs -
I think it's funny that the FDA has said e-cigarettes can't say they're safer than real cigarettes because they haven't done a STUDY on the effects of e-cigs vs real ones. . IT'S BASIC COMMON SENSE! Let's see, no carcinogens vs carcinogens. No arsenic, carbon monoxide, etc vs arsenic, carbon monoxide, etc. If you have a tomato that is washed vs one that has been rolled in nuclear waste and horse poop, do you really need to have a study before you can say it's safer to eat the clean one?

What you are inhaling is nicotiene and glycerin and WATER. ....Glycerin is safe and i have been told this by a Dr on a radio program here in the UK....Glycerin is what they use and you inhale from smoke machines in pubs and clubs ...Its also used on stage to make smoke...I buy Gylcerin from Boots the chemist and use it in my e-cig ...Its says on the bottle that " This can be swallowed"
Should we start banning vicks vapor shot medications? How about steam rooms/saunas... hot showers - because if that's the case, I'm surprised my lungs haven't collapsed already.

Just because it's not available at Walmart, he makes it sound like it's illegal to use an electronic cig in the US. Braindead media...
NJOY is set up in California and PureSmoker ships virtually everywhere. I think this is a great idea, but i don't think it should be coined as something that helps to quit smoking. It is just an alternative way to get your "fix".

Hard to believe that this could be harmless as you are inhailing vapors, which condensate inside of your lungs.
Talk about congestive lung failure due to an accumulation of liquid in them.
I can see a class action lawsuit coming when people's lungs start collapsing from fluid buildup.
It may be okay for a brief stay in a hospital, but on a daily basis, I would think not.
Has this been approved by the FDA?
Most likely, its just one more thing to kill you over the long run.
