The interrupt is only in melee range so you can possibly eat fears and such if you try and sit there and kick, Hoj is in melee range, lasts shorter, and has a considerably longer cool down than every other healer's CC. The pet fear is nice, but every other healer can also CC pets

Palantis has addressed your observation personally:

"I apologize, I should have clarified what I meant by that: While we have a fear, a kick, and a hoj, it's all weak in comparison to other healers. The fear is only usable on demon's/undead npc's while priests have an aoe fear that effects everyone. Also, while we have HoJ, it's not as good as a hex, cylcone, or fear simply because of the cooldown and its duration."

@SkillCappedDotNet Bleh; cant really moan about CC tbh; HoJ has a decent range, an instant fear on UD/Demon targets is amazing seeing as Undead targets are immune to normal CC fears.

Moreover pallys wear plate and have a bubble which is the biggest benefit of a hpala,

Cant play a Hpala then want every other classes ability.

If you want the CC a priest.shaman has then give other healers the option to wear plate, have 3 instant heals which heal a retarded amount, not go oom and also a bubble. thx

@ExaminerEU don't forget protected casts, shammies are the only ones without it of healing classes and before you say druids to you i say tree form it is even better makes regrowth instant and lets you put lifebloom on as many targets as you want

@Maccanarchy Complaining about being a shaman? you have earth shield and riptide that pretty much keeps yourself up with a few 1.7 sec cast healing surges, resto druids are so bad in arena right now its sad, dont even say druids tree form is anything compared to what shamans can pull off
