Are they basing the costumes off of the original stage production, the movie or a random mixture of both? Or are they just doing a totally different thing?

Have you seen the original production with Lansbury and Hearn? The Beadle there is really good and really is what you should be going for. The Beadle in the movie does not have nearly a strong enough voice to carry off well on stage just a little FYI :D
