I don't realize what chords / position you play while singing :

I gess it's kind of Bm - B7 - E7 - B7 - C# - F#m with different finger position. some sound like diminished chords.

How is your tenor ukulele tuned ?

I can't figure out how to play the last two notes (B and A) of the short transition melody between verse and chorus on the same octave.
