Thanks! And no, actually, the name of that song is "The Clarinet Polka" I am both an accordion player and a polka fan so, I am quite familiar with it. It has been redone by basically every famous accordionist from Frankie Yankovic to "Weird Al" Yankovic, haha. This particular rendition is by Myron Floren. So, the music was not Jason's. HOWEVER, the Candy Mountain lyrics were his own. He just used the tune.
