Read down to the comment below.

  • @ balmesh the changes in the farming since I was on the farm 41 year ago, well the equipment today are huge, I was raise with tractors that had only 18 to 46 hp and before I came along my Dad and Mom were farming with mules and horses. Thanks again for the video show, oh where is this Mountain Fight back filmed at?

Me, too. When I left school I worked where they had 2X 35s (MF) which did everything. The film was in Galloway in Scotland to where we retired (see many more films at that time, including my wee 135 at work). We moved to Wales to be nearer our children and grandchildren.

  • I did enough farming on hill sides, taking chances on a steep hill is bad news waiting to happen. Thanks for video show.

Thanks for that. Better now with cabs to protect?

  • we had a guy afraid to lift some maize off a wee hill at home. he left nearly 4 acres behind him. we should get stuart over next time!

Surely. Stuart had only had the Forager for about 2 days when I filmed him. That field was quite hairy - the driver of the mower said I'd missed the best bits! He was right, my memory card became full and had to be changed.

  • goin by the title the video had great promise for some wheels in the air action. was very disappointed to see the harvester stayin upright!!

  • To bigals15

Have some sympathy for your disappointment, but have to say that I wouldn't want to be the first on the scene in a fatality, and Stuart is a VERY nice chap!

  • lol thats well bad! were abouts is this vid taken??? looks like Scotland?

  • To wardyboi19900

Correct. Go to comments on "Mowing the mountain" and see what the driver says . .

  • im sure the driver on the john deere was brickin it when it started sliding!!

  • I'm sure you are correct!

    Alan

  • Sure - I reckon there was a lot happening that the camera didn't spot! All credit to the driver, nothing dire did happen.

  • Lol that sure did just slide sideways on him!
