The officer who shot him said that they wanted to remain covert and only said "armed police" as he raised his gun to his head. The officer who shot him said that they wanted to remain covert and only said "armed police" as he raised his gun to his head. Looks like a planned tactical take down. In this case, they overlooked rioting. The group that issued the order to carry out a tactical take down for lack of better words Fked Up.
