I'm so jealous! I saw it with Marcy and the whole time I was like "meh, I wish Janet was playing Vanessa right now" (of course I wished more that Karen Olivo was Vanessa, but she was rehearsing for West Side by that time, I saw it the week before Lin left), but then I wouldn't have gotten to see Janet as Carla and she is SO DAMNED FUNNY as Carla! She was one of my fav parts of the show. Though I don't think I agree with the Mandy comment, I find Mandy's voice breathtaking (and she's so nice!)
