i understand she is trying to help, but she is just sooo self centered...just try to count the amount of times she uses the word "I, me, my" ...you'll go nuts...70 percent of the video is useless because its all jibberish about herself. she needs to focus on the subject at hand...i hate to sound like a debbie downer, but just listen for yourself.
