I have seen how many have "signed" Jamie's Food Revolution on line petition and I feel ill. Out off all those milions and millions of Americans and only about a few hundred thousand have signed. I am a Brit and cannot sign :(.

Jamie is doing from this from his heart. He had my suport in the UK. Even at work we swapped receipes from the Drivers around the UK. Each Driver had to produce 1 or 2 receipes and we would make sure every one tried them.

I've become very suspicious of food that uses fat, salt, and sugar to make up for the flavors it loses in the mass-production process.

When I was in elementary school (15 or so years ago) we used to get served pizza with green-ish cheese. The lunch ladies always told us it was "just the lights" in the cafeteria that made it look that way. Even in 2nd grade we knew that was crap! Jamie, I watched your show last night and I love it!

Coming from Europe I married here in the states, and I see this eating habit on a daily basis. It is not only the children, but also the parents, who did not learn what and how (knife and fork) to eat. From my experience over here only lawyers and highly educated people over here eat with knife and fork. Helping the children will save the taxpayer an insane amount of money in the years to come!
