  • Wish I would have been as lucky as you with a Taurus PT 809. I bought mine, went to the range, I fired 32 Winchester Luger's before my gun broke. Had to send it off to be repaired; fortunately they have a lifetime warranty. UNFORTUNATELY, its taken them over a month to begin the work on fixing it. I sent it 2nd day air too. They are so SLOW, but I suppose it's only because they are busy fixing the rest of the junk they sent out. My advise; save your money and get a better weapon like a Sig Saue

  • here's MY review. put 150 rounds through, no jams, but slide did not always stay open on last round. 60% of the time it closed after last bullet. slide moves 2mm to right 1mm to left, putting me up to 2 inches OFF TARGET at 30 yards even in a vice. it's not very accurate / i wouldn't trust my life with that gun if i were a cop, and it feels flimsyas hell esp. the plastic trigger! but for wasting bullet's it's worth the $299, but i wish i had sav ed $ a little longer 4 a glock.

  • Is that pistol made in BRAZIL???

  • @helinton74 Thanks man!...I think we should start to rethink our concept that only developed countries can do best.

  • @cnknguyen good comment. Regards,

  • Any failures during that 1000 rounds?

  • @venturahwy76 no failures

  • wish i could understand what youre saying bro

  • whats the difference between 809B and 809E?

  • what law enforcement agency is using the 809?

  • I just tested my PT809 with 200 rounds. The 809 did tend to drop the shot down in comparison with the Novak sites. The 809, besides the drop which can be compensated for, was flawless. No jamming, the reset on the trigger was VERY small. The trigger seemed to just fall once you took up the slack. While at the range a fellow shooter asked me to test his Smith and Wesson. His 9 took more effort to squeeze one off and thus changed the accuracy. The Taurus gets a big thumbs up from me! Easy to use!

  • great video! this is the 3rd taurus product i own ( after the 24/7 pro 9mm and the pt92 afs). Mine is slightly different (809B not E) but it's a great gun! Highly recommended!!
