@ThatLilyRebecca just wash your hair with water before and then after just wash your hair with water and then use the conditioner provided, but don't use shampoo :) Any other time you go to wash your hair you can use any shampoo and conditioner. Hope this helps :) xxx

@LadyGagaJustDance23 I think that it makes your face look a warmer tone because the redness almost reflect onto your skin and makes it look warmer :) I'm very pale naturally so it may look pale on me in this video but really I look darker than i would've xxx

@MissMebo it can be, whatever red hair dye you use, you will still have a red tinge in it. i had highlights down recently and i can't see anymore red in my hair without dying all my hair :) xxx

@TeamSatsX No problem :) thanks, the conditioner the dye comes with makes your hair look so good :) i think that the colour would come out a bit darker (i have quite light/mid brown hair) and it should have really nice red tones to it in the light. Well it is a semi-permenent so if you don't like it, it will fade away, but you should like it :) to make it fade faster use head&shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo and avoid that if you want it to last longer :) hope that helps, oh & please request xx
