  • This is the seasoning that the restaurant Bahama Breeze uses.

  • Best way to use Walkerswood... mix with a little freshly grinded pimento seed and some lime juice... little bit of soy sauce.. don't use too much jerk... just let the meat marinate for 48 hours in the fridge.... yeah mon!

  • the sauce is basically for people that dont actually want to go through the trouble of preparing jerk the right way but want some jerk flavor that's why you didn't like it. that's why its a "sauce". if you've ever had true authentic jerk chicken from the smoker you will notice they don't give you any sauce with it 'cause its naturally juicy.walker woods is the 2nd best jerk seasoning compared to making your own.

  • Walkerswood is not as hot to people who are brought up on dat kind of food. In my house, we make our own jerk seanoning...but sometimes we'll buy Walkerswood to save time but we add some extra scotch bonnet peppers just to spice tings up a bit lol...

  • yeaaaah u know i really liked the flavor but it was soooooo salty..... like way too salty :( i got the wet rub....is the bbq sauce less salty???

  • @BabyBreezyB This is my vid. The bbq sauce (bigger bottle)was not what we expected. The shorter bottle was greattttt!!! The sauce did absolutely NIOTHING!!!!! no heat no taste
