Mozart wrote the Kyrie in the "contrapuntal" style, i.e., the separate themes as they are introduced form a counterpoint to one another. The style will forever be very closely associated with J.S.Bach who wrote so much in it.

Great work but the sound is somewhat way too muddy and messy; being this a complex contrapunctual composition, the clearness of every voice is an imperative.. maybe without all that delay it would sound better. But anyway, again, really amazing!

Though, it sounds too happy and optimistic. I don't get the same depressing feeling as when I hear Mozarts original composition.
